Tina-Simone Neset is a Senior Associate Professor in Environmental Change and the Centre for Climate Science and Policy Research at Linköping University, Sweden. Her research concerns climate change, climate vulnerability & adaptation, and climate services, with a methodological focus on interactive visualization, participatory processes, and co-creation, and she leads and participates in multiple national and international research projects within climate and sustainability science. She currently leads a collaborative research project on AI-based image processing and text mining to support national impact-based weather warning systems and climate adaptation efforts. She has published >60 peer-reviewed scientific publications, and has supervised (main or co-supervisor) 8 PhD candidates, and >30 masters, bachelors and teachers exam theses. Neset is a board member of the Swedish foundation for strategic environmental research MISTRA, and for C-Research, Norrköping Visualization Centre-C, and has served on the evaluation committee for KLIMAFORSK for the Research Council Norway, and as reviewer for the Swedish Research Council FORMAS.
