Pedro Zuidberg Dos Martires is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Machine Perception and Interaction lab at the University of Örebro. His research is best described as “probabilistic neuro-symbolic artificial intelligence”, as he focuses on performing probabilistic inference on sensor data, while taking symbolic constraints into account. Prior to joining the University of Örebro, Pedro obtained his PhD under the supervision of Luc De Raedt from the KU Leuven in 2020, where he was subsequently also employed as a PostDoc for a year.
